Damaged or defective? Our printer has a 30 day after delivery return policy. If there is a problem with your item – email us with a photo of the item within 14 days of receipt and we will have time to fix it – no need to send it back, and at no cost to you.
Ordered the wrong size or color? Send us an email and tell us the problem. Then mail the item to us at United Face of America P. O. Box 111, 200 Washington Avenue, Endicott, NY 13761. We can then offer you a one-time, 40% discount on a replacement. We will get back with you within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
